Ingredients:
3 cups water
4 teaspoons chicken boullion
4 teaspoons garlic, minced
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 can green chiles, or equivalent fresh
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 onion
3 cups rice
Directions:
Blend cilantro, green chiles and onion together in food processor. Bring water to a boil and add all ingredients, simmer covered for 30 minutes. Fluff with a fork, and serve!
